BMW K1110 LT Rebuild Part 6 Starting the bike

Mocking up the wiring harness, adding the last parts to enable the engine to start, and troubleshooting problems.

I know these are old videos and I am only on part 6 but the constant comments through the videos on fluid levels torque settings is just awesome. The BMW is also look like it is straight off the assembly line great job.

Lovely work, good job! I think that the knocking noise is from the output shaft. I have the exact same noise when the bike is cold.

Hi, my knocking noise was from the throttle bodies not being synchronised

great work! what kind of adjustments did you make to resolve the noise issue?

I’ve fixed all the vacuum leaks and adjusted the vacuum screws. After that the noise went away

Combination of Hammerite satin black and Rust-Oleum Matt black
