Lot's of leased Lexus out there. BMW's are not "leased because of reliability". They are leased because people don't keep cars forever these days. That's something that kids have in their heads. The BMW is the more fun to drive, therefore I have the M4 and not the RCF....period. That was the only thing that went into my buying decision. Which car would I rather drive? That was the question. I'm not going to pass up pleasure for some reliability myth that will never come into play.

15-20mm lower ride height, 10mm spacers all round, anti-roll bars across the strut towers and rear links, shed some weight and bosh.. RC F would be an amazing car. It's an entry level super sport that is made to be driven daily..or modified. Toyota did this with the GT86 & other performance models as well.

Seems to me he was expecting a track car, but the RCF isn't really meant for the track. It shines as a daily driver with just enough to have a bit of fun on the back roads. @painclaw i don't even heard any of the M4 that easily break. You just either hate BMW or just purely underestimated the S55 robustness that is only in a higher level with B58. Hell even Toyota approved to use it in the A90 Supra, what would you try to argue?

Unlike other brands, Lexus's engine is reliable, which means they get less money from customers going in to get it serviced. That's why they can't afford to make project cars that cost more to produce than it does to sell. I'd rather have a brand that sells great daily drivers than a brand that sells sports cars that break down easily so they can make more money fixing it back up.
