That’s actually not bad at all for rear brakes!

Yes, it was a good dealership price

Congrats on your car! :) It is very nice! Owning BMW in Europe is expensive but in USA... another level.

Thank you very much. The genuine BMW M parts are imported from Germany and they are very expensive here in the United States.

BMWs are expensive upkeeps but look fun. I've seen Car Ninja work on those especially with the engine you have. Certain jobs require removing so many hoses covering sparks plugs and removing turbos just to get to water pumps, alternators and other parts. That amount of labor × BMW parts = Wealthy Mechanic.

It is a super fun car but you are very right 100%. It is very expensive to keep.

That's actually not bad for replacement of rear brakes at a dealership. However I still like going to specialized Euro Indy shops. My shop did front and rear brake pad/rotors (zimmermanns) and sensors for $2100 CAD on a 2011 Porsche Panamera 4.

Yes, I thought so too. The Fairfax dealership is really good

Great video, I wonder if they offered you rear break pad pricing based off the value service BMW offers. My rear brake pads and rotors are due for replacement soon and value service is costing me 965.99 USD (pads, disc/rotor, and sensors) which is half the price my indy BMW shop is charging me. Waiting on whether they will honor that price but I heard from others near me they do. Other than that, definitely changing my air flow sensors and filters myself to save on money by watching your videos. My indy shop charges 144$ on oil changes so the difference between doing it myself and dealer pricing is not big so I might as well do it over at their shop.

Thank you very much. Yes if the difference is not that bad, you can use them since it is a messy job.
