I got a 335d, 363 hp and 721 nm, ppl don't believe when I tell em that it only eats 5.5-6 l/ 100 km, I once drove from Romania to Italy and at the gas station I calculated 5.3 l / 100 km, 130-140 km/h all the way to Italy. If you baby even big engines they won't eat up fuel that fast.

@@Levente20, Yeah, I just said 39.5 L/100km. But this type of car is a smiles-per-gallon car, not an economical one. @@arvilsstraume9304 you’re completely forgetting the fact that it dumps polluted and dirty exhaust air into the intake plenum causing soot buildup and clogging of the intake runners/valves, which on a 300.000km diesel can be quite a lot. Not to mention the dirty intake air. So a clean up and a delete and she will run as good as new. And when deleted it’s one less stupid component to malfunction down the line and the insides of the engine will stay free from soot deposits and gunk and continue to run happily for longer with greater throttle response and air flow.

@@MrToastyman900 You're right but that car shouldn't be on the road anymore. The DPF and EGR are designed to keep all that NOx particles away from humans lungs. Major cities in EU suffer from that issues(huge NOx emissions). Why don't you buy a gasoline engine instead and forget about all of these problems? If you can't afford a diesel, don't buy one. My father has a 315.000km Skoda Octavia 2 2.0 TDI Euro5 and the DPF is still running and the EGR had to be changed with a new one and the car still runs very well.
