BMW N54 30FF SMOKE TEST! (135I 335I 535I)

Hey, what's up, guys! Today we do a smoke test on the n54, and it turns out the valve cover is cracked and possibly causing the 30ff code!

This actually only helps you find out if you have cracked or leaking valve cover/ gasket. You’d still have to pressurize the outlet piping to check for boost leaks!

Thanks Bro, l never heard about the valve cover cracking itself, craazy!!! I have a 335 N54 and of course l had to do the gasket…

@@Alcoral67 When I would keep my foot on the accelerator at 1500 rpm the revs would start going up and down like crazy without me even moving my foot on the accelerator and then the car would just cut out and struggling to start again.

You should wrap your 335i in one of these colours nardo grey 🔥🔥🔥🔥, speed yellow or baby blue

hello good video, my car was running fine but yesterday I changed the pcv valve because I saw that it smelled burnt, I decided to put a new one take advantage and I put new spark plug and bms high flow filters, and surprise when I started the car it didn't sound the same as before it accelerated and obviously less power and it sounded something like lamineo, and the bov doesn't make the typical noise pst!. With your experience, do you think that the new pcv valve that I put in is related to the problem or was it a coincidence that when I changed all this, something was damaged? I don't know what I should do :(
