I have ordered the smaller grab rails etc for mine from your other video: I have also ordered the akrapovic headers with decat and resonator in titanium, there in transit , have you thought about this mod? I am thinking maybe brentune with the velocity and flashing unit , but it’s all getting a little pricy …

Thanks man. I get inspired by other people's videos on several products so I just want to return the favor with products I install on my bikes in hopes it helps folks out. I have thought about the Akra headers or Arrow ones but haven't pulled the trigger yet. I most likely will do it down the road. Not sure if you really need the veolicty filters man. ANd I don't think you'll need to reflash with the headers. You just need a servo eliminator to make sure the light doesn't come on. Once you install them, make a video for all of us to hear them. @ thanks man will do, also I have bought a co2 cheater which screws into the rear sensor port fooling the sensor into thinking alls as it should be, as soon as it’s on I’ll upload a video but it f cold here now so I may wait until the spring … she’s in for a software update Monday, there’s some outstanding things on the campaign so will see what the crack is

Thanks. Didn't do anything to it but ride it. The chrome turned blue by itself.

The pipes are titanium and the heat turns the blue.

The part number is in one of my videos on my channel where I show the replacement. I ordered it from Bahnstormer in the UK because they had it in stock. No dealer here in the US had it unfortunately.

Thanks. Its not two times cheaper but it is cheaper only because the double-barrel is a BMW version which will always be more expensive, not necessarily better. The sound of the aftermarket one is much better than the stock Akra.

I am happy with it. Looks fantastic and is lighter. I don't know how it sounds compared to the BMW OEM exhaust as I haven't heard that one...only the Akra BMW double-barrel.

They are sticky, but if you have rain grooves on the freeways where you are, they do like to track all over the place...but they are solid knobby tires that inspire confidence in the twisties. They do howl like any other knobby. And because they're soft and sticky, they wear out quickly, but they are a good tire.

Man I love that black Akrap but I think even with the flap servo delete it ain’t loud enough. I plan to buy the same muffler the black one, but I might also invest in QD SS headers, the complete headers without the Cat and a resonant chamber instead. That’s the way to go, at that point remove the DB killer from this muffler as well, if it even has one?

Unless we add headers, we can't get it louder unfortunately. All the Euro 5 garbage has made sure of that. I like the QD headers, but they're not much lighter than the stock, so I'm waiting to see what Akra comes out with so I can have a full Akra system. As for a DB killer, there is no way of removing anything on the aftermarket black Akra...I checked.

It sounds better, yes, but doesn't look better. The J&H is way too big for the bike and doesn't flow with the lines of the bike like the Akra.

Just put an es valve eliminator on the akra and you have a better sound and 1000$ less than the jekyll and better looking akra
