If the sunroof on your BMW is stuck open or close then this is the right video for you. If the battery on your BMW was weak r replaced you will often need to initialize the sunroof in order for it to work good. You will not need any special tools to initialize the sunroof on your BMW. It is important to complete the process all the way without depressing the button otherwise you will have to start all over again.
We demonstrated on a e90 e91 e92 e93 sunroof. However, it should work on any newer BMW after 1998 such as e46, e39, e83, e82, e81, e84, e53, e60, e61

Just had this problem on BMW 2012 X5, was stuck in breeze mode (up), you have to push the botton and hold even when things start moving, you also see a warning message in the dash panel, after it completes a full process, the warning light goes away and works like new !! Great video !

I have an issue with sunroof that no one seems to realize happening with there’s either, the wind reflector is stuck down, the sunroof works fine but the deflector itself is still not doing anything, same with the E91 in the video, it’s slightly stuck and not all the way open, even after the reset.

@@nenetor After cleaning it, and going for a drive, it seems at a certain speed the part raises, no one talks about how the reflector is actually speed activated, so when stationary it stays low

Didnt work for me Mine wont open at all. Sucks. Love your videos though! 💫 Update:: i took apart the front interior lights and sos panel. Popped it off and inspected everything there was a relay switch. Or power switch hanging not plugged in. I plugged it in and it works now. But now the back vent is stuck open. Lol😂
