When I installed a thinkware 2-ch dashcam on my X5 (F15), I used the 12v power plug at back cargo to connect a cellink neo battery and placed the battery and dashcam 12v power connector at the bay 2:46 shown in front of the fuse cover, then I ran an electrical cable fish tape to lead both the power cable and rear cam cable from between the gap of back roof linear and rubber seal as your video 6:00 shown to the front. From the gap, I even hid the excess rear cam cable inside the roof linear and ran the power cable along underneath the back door rubber seal down to the cellink battery bay. I have a cargo rubber mat to just cover and seal the cellink battery bay. All the time, I didn't need to unscrew or detach any panel to install the thinkware. It was a lot easier and faster. A 30 mins driving is enough to charge up the battery for 24 hrs dashcam monitoring.
