Hey Tim, can you give us a small in depth look of you planning such a euro trip like this? It looks so simple, but you always talk about "just another hour or 2 before I'm in my hotel" meaning you already had this one booked. But for a 3 week trip that's a lot of booking and planning! If there's no predefined route you have to drive, you should take a drive on A31 when you entering germany, which will direct you into the ruhr area. Plus: On the A31, you can easily do the 250 km/h, cause its empty most of the time. And i bet that you will meet some competitors. Also, the brabus manufactory is doing their top speed tests on the A31.

Now I want to start a small discussion on the big big cars (BMW X6 and Audi Q7 for example) Now what I want to hear is that what is your thoughts on these cars? I think that they are a bit too much they are a bit of the "bragging" kind of cars. NOW at the company which I work at they have 3 Audi Q7 cars as a company cars for the big guys with the logo and what not and for that I think it is "ok" to have a "business" car in a way, What do you think I am really interested to know !

My dad used to have an X5m back in the day, and yes, he used to be quite proud. But I have to be completely honest with you, about 6 months ago I bought a Tesla and even though it's nowhere near a big SUV, I can brag quite a lot about it :) I think the whole 'bragging' and 'being proud of your car' is more price related since both cars were well over 100K.

+Thijs Messemaeckers I drive a Volvo V60 and I am also pretty proud of it. My other car is an RX-8 and it's great as well. Combined they cost around 55k, but I love them both.
