In his worst game he scored 21 points, with some help from Marvin Mims, but that's what a team is all about. Helping the ones that need help on their worst days.

Thanks again for the film breakdown. Love the insight as to what Nix is seeing or supposed to be looking at. Casual fans don’t realize how fast the game is, there is a lot going on in play design, pre snap all the way through. Keep it coming.

Rookie learning curve. What I like about Bo Nix is his body language and how he never looked defeated or down on himself. It was always about the next snap or next possession.

@ Body language hasn’t changed. He still slings it. Bad play calling and bad coaching calls have pushed these close games to the wire. It’s not like Bo is playing terrible. Sure let’s go ahead and pretend like the Commanders don’t have a much better roster than the Broncos who Vegas predicted would win no more than 5 games this season. Keep ignoring that the Broncos are in draft purgatory after the Wilson trade. Yet they are in playoff contention. I have absolutely no complaints with Bo. I wish we had a better run game, but this year is a building block for Denver.
@316CustomFootwearАй бұрын
Even with the 3 picks I think this does show some promise for Bo and the broncos as a whole, the way he was able to shake off those bad plays and mistakes and stick with it to make some good plays is a good trait to have. Qb progression isn’t always linear, but it’s really nice to see that mid game he can make those adjustments he needs to and right the ship. Let’s go Bo, let’s make the playoffs

Great breakdown Chase. And I also enjoy your ScoopCity podcast BTW. Nix is it. I'm finally over Elway not drafting Josh Allen. Nix's moxie is what allows him to move on and learn from his mistakes, like those 3 INTs, but it won't be a linear improvement. I think he and Payton are a perfect fit. Your analysis and the various angles that show the receiver routes are so helpful for the fan.

I love Chase's commentary. On the second int, Chase mentioned that Sutton could have been a little more aggressive going upfield on his out, and you saw Sean Payton say the exact same thing to Sutton on the sideline after the play. Bo was definitely throwing to where he thought Sutton would be. I don't know if that would have changed it to a completion, but I don't think that it is an INT if Sutton contested the pass.

been watching the commanders game to compare Bo to Jayden and i feel like the playcalling is so much easier on Jayden. a lot of easy throws at 10 yards and it always seem to be his first read. Feel like every single one of Seans plays is just 15yards minimum before any receiver even turns around. I dont know why we cant sprinkle in some easy throws or checkdowns since run game isnt working. easier said than done but something just feels off

I noticed that Bo struggles more against zone defenses. I think he will see alot more of that going forward. He has thrown more picks than TD's in the last two weeks. That has to change. The defense and ST are not going to always be able to bail this team out. Anyone who has ever played this game or follows it closely know that turnovers are the kiss of death.
