Here's a Message to All My KZbin "HATERS" Out There Who Like To Spam My KZbin Videos with Negative Hateful Comments: "We're uploading great, fun, traditional, effective content that's purpose is to keep Traditional Chinese Martial Arts alive since Traditional Chinese Martial are currently dying! I have NEVER once advertised any of my videos! We have NEVER sponsored or put money toward any of our KZbin videos. All our views, subscribers, and followers have found us organically on their own and our analytics say we have a 20 "Like" to 1 "Dislike" ratio! That's pretty good in my opinion! That means for every 2,000 people who watch our videos and hit "LIKE" only about 100 hit "DISLIKE". :) We get over 50,000 video views a Day and add 300 New Subscribers everyday! We get TENS OF THOUSANDS of comments everyday on our videos and lessons here on KZbin! There is NO WAY I can read or respond to them all. I reserve about 1 hour each day to answer KZbin comments and I try to get to as many as I can! My wife Pam answers a couple hundred emails everyday from people who email us at www.JakeMace.com. If you want to post your own videos about me on your channel then DO IT! I LOVE IT! If they're positive then that's great! If they're negative then that's great too! Live your life! Kung Fu and Martial Arts Weapons build so much. You may not use traditional Chinese Kung Fu weapons in a real fight but they are important to build a Martial Artist's strength, timing, endurance, mind, and focus! So in this video it's the Chinese Rattan Staff or Bo Staff! Spin it fast and spin it often!

Jake Mace: I want to say thank you for your lesson of the Bo Staff. I followed it carefully and started out with a short stick and got a slow hang of it, so I went to the hardware shop and purchased a six foot two inch round wooden stick practiced a bit with it and now I have now got the hang of the skip catch spin as you instructed not as fast as you as shown in this video yet but I'm working on it. And now I'm going to follow your instruction as best I can. Thank you all the same.

Thank you - most straight forward demonstration I have seen yet. I don't have a real staff, so I am using a wooden curtain pole just to learn the spinning and get some fluidity with it. Then I might buy a proper one. Once I have a fluid spinning skip-catch motion I want to learn how to progress the motion to spin it sideways aswell - so instead of hands out in front spinning a clockwise direction, I want to move it so I am spinning It alongside my body so the clockwise motion shifts 90 degrees either side
