Thank you so much for this video. I now have a complete plan of a routine for the tournament. I was taught long range forms of blocks and strikes but lacked in midrange as well as close quarters. I appreciate this assistance. My tournament is on April 20th and I will hopefully have video/photos for you. Matt Camp

I didn't have anyone to video me but, I got 1st place in traditional weapons using my bo staff. My scores were 9.8, 9.9 and 9.8. Thank you so much for the tips and techniques.
