Thank you for making some training videos since I have been wanting to learn hand to hand. I am practicing the blocks for now to get it to muscle memory. But since I have no one to train on nor dummy it may be a bit unrefined and rough around the edges.

Back fist punch. Elbow strikes, Now kicks, Front Kick, side kick, snap kick, Back kick, crensin kicks, Outside crensin kicks, Inside crensin kicks. Round house kicks, short Kick. Jump kick. Using Your legs to block.
