Thank you for making some training videos since I have been wanting to learn hand to hand. I am practicing the blocks for now to get it to muscle memory. But since I have no one to train on nor dummy it may be a bit unrefined and rough around the edges.

There are many more types of strikes in our system. These are just the Level 1 basic techniques.

Clovid has gotten me interested to Study again these defense systems that I kinda gave up on years ago. God has allowed me to do so again, even Bible based people get attacked so we need to learn this.

I would like to learn more of these because I want to do military and law enforcement related work and military and law enforcement careers including the CIA black ops assassin, etc. And Interpol, etc. Also for unarmed fighting/ defenses and I want to learn more weapons trainings, i already have 6 ( some) martial arts, etc. Training and some hand held weapons trainings, but I want to learn all kinds and styles.
