But i thought huh theres got to be forms to learn with the staff and was very glad to find your video. Proper form and practice helps alot in a fight. Not using form but having the reflex memory. Thanks Matt . I trained in this at a very young age (judo - jo) and now I’m a little past the middle of life ; I’m getting into it again - your video is very helpful and I will practise all these moves and warm up techniques. 🥋🙏🏼 🇦🇺🦘🦘
