I am 71, merci monsieur le professeur , ce travail avec le Bo staff me permet (sans parler de défense) de travailler tout le haut de mon corps et de manière soft.. Vos explications et démonstrations avec du slow motion sont parfaites... many thanks from France..

That was a great video Sabumnim. I’ve been doing Tang Soo Do for 26 years now. To be honest you teach how to use the staff better than me. Great job

Thanks for the explanation. I'm starting training with BO at the age of thirty. Before that I practiced saber and medieval sword. Good addition to knowledge. Greetings from Poland.

Hi Matt. I adore your video's here and think I'll subscribe. I can't wait to know what the length of you Bo is? I've looked up a lot of different sites and have a lot of different dimensions offered, depending (it seems on martial arts styles). Is your about 6 foot?
@pasquinilli Жыл бұрын
Yes. Mine are all 6 feet long. Thank you.

I was Disabled 12 years ago. I have a walking stick for my daily walks with my service dog. It's a Really good deterent for dogs off leash. I couldn't stand my knee or back pain with out weight bearing on my stick. I never thought about self defense until today.
