I mean, the entirety of the WR revolves around using the Paralyzer to zip around the map. What could a second player without the Paralyzer possibly contribute? I think it's a little distasteful to have the second player be AFK, but literally the only thing I could think that they could contribute would be to immediately sprint to the jug alleyway and let zombies down them. What would that save? 5, maybe 10 seconds per round? Just seems like a pointless category to me that only exists for the sake of consistency.
