thanks mate, I try to make the clips interesting enough to just watch without the Gabba Gabba just for the sack of it :) haha its funny you say that about the bait as a mate gave me some fresh squid for jewie baits that night so I didn't have to catch any :) I spear a few fish for the traps though. Bit late watching this one, finally get to see some of your crab pot efforts yield healthy rewards, you do what you do and I totally respect and appreciate that, but been holding back asking.....why not wire bait clips or pockets/baskets? (zip ties are easy and effective.... but usually single use and plastic), and can you please consider treating your spear to a little lov'in with steel wool and a lick of oil (just a little triggered). Keep up the great content (missed the tunes in this one), Cheers

Everyone has room to improve, to be sure, crab harvest comment was not a critisism at all, more of a cheer, was seeming like your area was a little barren in the crab population. Where I'm from empty pots are a sign more commly associated with uninvited visitors have checked your pots (the five fingered, not eight armed), that or they turn into chew toys for seafairing geckos. I used to seal my pots with coloured zip ties but now just stay close or use wire.....just dont want to add little bits of plastic to the mix. Looking forward to seeing what you're up to soon......maybe even a nice clean spear? ;)

thanks mate! the boat is a brooker 5.15m, suits me perfectly not much to break :) took awhile to find a tiller steer with electric start and trim as I didn't want a console, heaps more room for gear and sleeping thanks heaps for watch again !!! :)

Matthew benton stoked to hear your gonna give it ago , I think the moorings you refer to are in another one of my videos? But there are 2 that I know of to choose from in Batemans bay, the 1 I stayed on is about 500 m of the northern end of Maloneys beach, the other is about 100m on the inside of snapper island The boat ramp on that video is hanging rock , this video is mosquito bay, hope this helps you, let me know if you need any more info and or how you guys get on, good luck mate :) Just looked again at this video and you can see the snapper island mooring after I leave from cooking up the lobby's :)

齐帅 YES you definitely need a recreational fishing license in NSW all crabs have a bag limit and a size limit, make sure u check the rules on trap dimensions etc too , so worth it though as they are bloody good eating 😀
