Description says it was dragged to a safe place where it was later vandalized so I guess it wasn’t so safe after all, unless you meant safe away from the water so kids don’t play near it and get crushed if a wave moves it more? That’s the only safety issue I can think of…

Looks like it was an abandoned or derelict boat even before it washed up. People that abandon a boat instead of paying for its proper destruction should be fined heavily. And those fines should be implemented in removing other derelict boats.
