This is a very, very nice boat‼️‼️ As we look to do similar, bathroom (head) size it's not so critical as, to us, we spend the least amount of time in that room on land. Rather have larger staterooms and living quarters. 🤔🤗🙂

This is by far the nicest yacht under 60 feet that I've seen. The engine room is incredible. I'm jealous. That boat looks so well cared for. 18 foot beam is so spacious. Best of luck with it. Living on a boat is so relaxing. Sure there is work when living on a boat. but a house has just as much repair work. Keep good records and label date all upgrades and maintenance. Have a maintenance schedule and budget. Surprise repairs are always painful.

I'd replace that stove top with an induction stove top so you have less power consumption issues. Absolutely AWESOME engine room. A consideration for your antennas, adding a mast mounted to the fly bridge deck that you can raise and lower (either fold over or hydraulically raised this way you are NOT unbolting and disconnecting wires which love to corrode and cause huge electrical issues. You guys have a very nice boat. A washer and dryer will go a long way to making boat live easier.

Don't rush it. Live on it for awhile and what originally seemed like a good idea, may become apparent that it won't work for you. Before you demo, live with it's functionality. You may decide to upgrade rather than reconstruct. Also, it is going to cost more than you thought and planned.

Not a bad choice after all. In fact, quite nice I would say! Good space and in good shape. Now don't get caught in the trap of trying to make it "just perfect"! That will remove the joy of the voyage. Settle with the understanding that noting is perfect in this life and that real joy comes from the road we take and the friendships we make. Not from the "mine is better than yours" approach. The things we have gives less joy and peace than the voyage we travel and the people we meat while using the Things! Find joy in friendship and reaching out!!! Let your children experience that, rather than the things! A very important lesson for life, is now to be learned....

Great boat! Huge living spaces, and the engine room looks really well laid out and equipped. Will you be keeping the black rug with flowers that is everywhere? Amazing master suite with king-size bunk. Super comfortable fly bridge compensates for smallish aft deck. Did you buy the boat in Florida?

We agree LOL. It was a crazy day and we are just proud of ourselves for getting a video done while trying to do everything else. We are new at videos like this, so it will take us a bit to get them figured out and dialed in. Even then, we are not video professionals nor do we have a team of professionals helping us. It is just us -- two frazzled working parents trying to share this adventure and a little joy with others. If you prefer professional production then head on over to cable :) If you'd like to go on this crazy ride that hopefully improves with time, then you are welcome to stay. But only kind and constructive comments please :)
