I'm a Vietnam vet and was fortunate enough to see the 1970 Long Binh Bob Hope show. He will always be special to those in the service that he cared enough about to put all the effort into doing a show. God bless his memory.

Bob Hope looked great for 84 years old at this time in 1987. He did so much for the servicemen and woman. He really cared about them.

Bob Hope was known even at his height, for being helpless without cue cards. A big reason why his partnership with Bing Crosby didn’t last. One of the most overrated “comedians” ever. Dude never made me laugh even once.
