Did you know in 1961, he won the Grammy for Best album. Not best comedy album (well, he won that too) but best album of the year. He beat out Frank Sinatra for crying out loud.

Checked to see how old he was in this clip, if it is 1992 as advertised then he was 63 (born in 1929), mad thing is that he is still alive (in 2023), he is 94!

Very sad news about the great Bob. This is a classic although he leaves out a great line from another recording of this I've heard; "regarding the firing on Miami beach, it happened on what news men call a slow news day so I think it got more publicity than it deserved..after all it was the off-season down there..."

A submarine is not called a "ship", it is called a boat. The only time you can say "boat" for a vessel in the Navy.

Reminds of the American submarine who did an emergency blow off Honolulu harbor, to thrill foreign VIPs onboard. Came up under a Japanese training ship, sinking same, killing many Japanese trainees....
