OK! I just tried this. My husband left this morning for a kidney transplant evaluation and I have been planning to try and paint a picture for him (his birthday is in November). It turned out ok... but, my land at the bottom looks more like a ship wreck....hehehehehe. I know he will like it any way.. and it gives me something to give him FROM MY HEART!!!!

Such and interesting and new concept! Mirroring not just the grass or trees or bushes, but the whole mountain! While the mountains were simple, the same concept can apply for snow covered mountains. I bet an experienced painter couldn't even figure out how to do something like this in the amount of time Bob has to do it. The island of evergreens was a lovely little thing to but into it. I love the highlights and depth with the dark trees add a real nice touch. And the rocky island in the very front were interesting too. We usually never see such big boulders that you would climb on being painting by bob. Lot's of layers, lot's of depth, and plenty to enjoy in this one.
