What I’m amazed about? How a classic live bob seger performance like this can be on KZbin for 17 years and only have three hundred thousand views whereas so many other songs have been on KZbin for far less time and have millions upon millions.

Alto Reed and Bob Seger..such a super duo. Inbeatable. Jerry and I could do some justice to that one to dance with.Other dancers always gave one part of the hall to us and everyone watched us. Days we enjoyed and wherever we could, we would scoop Sugar Bear between us and away we went! Jerry and Sugar Bear and Gloria from Texas

Bob Seger-Tom Petty and Bryan Adams :discovered all after age of 77- Rockin on!

You hit the nail on the head, and that is whats so awesome about Seger. For a long time he was only really known in Detroit not making that much. The Silver Bullet band just toured their asses off and got really freaking good and making it awesome without all that glitz.

Classic ~ 70's ~spring windows opened on a high mountain in NY growing up~ 1 st of the 12 families up there would alert the others to start the day with a little BOB SEGER to start . Best way to wake & live & love .......Braggers rights apply to my childhood and all the families that made up our one big HAPPY rock in roll way of LIFE !

The host of the Karaoke parties I attend sang this one recently. I never cease to amaze him how I never look at the lyrics on the screen when I sing. This is one of them,although I do a lot of Billy Joel's stuff.

I bought my 1st iPhone so I could have this as my ringtone. I had a bet with my kid bro that whoever learned this 1st on piano won a bottle of Wild Turkey. I don’t drink and he’s dead now so I never got my bottle of Turkey.

@monsieurcommissaire16285 жыл бұрын
I can't believe that in 8 years nobody spoke up, considering it's an iconic guitar... Monsieur Seger is playing a Fender Telecaster, while his lead guitarist is playing a Les Paul with the awesome P-90 single coil pickups.

Love it! You can keep Tom Cruise -- I'd MUCH rather what Seger dance around while singing this song. Isn't he just gorgeous during the sax solo. Makes a lady's heart just go pit-a-pat. I can't dance worth a lick, but when this song comes on just get out of my way.

@TheeBellatrix None of those bands you listed are rock and roll. Seriously. Rock and roll is Seger, AC/DC, Aerosmith, The Who, The Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, even Guns n Roses draws strongly from blues rock.
