Fabulous depiction of this song. The thing with my favorite singer song writer is he writes to convey the hopes, dreams and struggles not only of people like himself but of what he himself has felt. Because of that is why the man is as relevant today as he was 50 years ago , when Bob Seger sings them we feel it, exactly what a lyric should do....Thank you for this video, it is wonderful....

I listened to it yesterday afternoon, it being one of my favorite Seger songs. I went to bed after midnight, finally feeling sleepy. I lost 4 family members to cancer before I was 15. Lost my dad when he was 66. A week after he was laid to rest my brother was diagnosed with cancer. He is now 40 yrs old with a wonderful wife, newborn twin girls , they also have a 12 year year old girl. He went through 3 relapses. We were blessed. He’s been cancer free 5 yrs. now. I’m so sorry you lost your husband to this awful disease. God Bless you.❤️

I feel your pain. I lost my Mom and Bestfriend 3 days a part 40 days ago. Now the winter is here. That verse is now Bone chilling and it's desolation is palatable. Everyone is gone. The NEW NORMAL SUCKS ! I missing calling my Buddy and doing guys things. He always listened. I miss my Mother loving gaze and dry English humor. I suddenly feel 54. I want to fight but fight what, who, where, when? I could not imagine losing a spouse. I salute your strength. God be with us.

I finally got to see him in concert almost 3 years ago. I sooo wish I could see him at a smaller venue. One day soon is all I can hope for.
