Yum! New York City comedy queen Bob the Drag Queen from RuPaul's Drag Race Season 8 joins us to make a rich, delicious African Peanut Curry with tofu, purple potatoes and naan bread.
Behold the mighty and delicious peanut! A lot of people think of the peanut as a salty snack food or what’s in a PB and J sandwich, but peanuts really shine in savory foods like curries and stir fries.
Today we’re making a rich delicious African Peanut Curry, with tofu and purple potatoes served with homemade naan bread.
Joining us to kiki in the kitchen and get her hands dirty is the she-larious Bob the Drag Queen, one of New York City’s hottest drag acts.
Like Lady Bunny and RuPaul before him, Bob made his way from the southern gay mecca of Atlanta, Georgia to take a bite out of the Big Apple, and is now a rising star on the national scene.

+Danee Kaplan That's not true. I'm allergic to peanuts but I can eat all nuts. Peanuts are not actually a nut they're a legume. The only thing that I have to watch out for when I eat nuts is if they contain traces of peanuts or if they were processed in a facility with peanuts.

+Sabrina up to 40% of people with peanut allergies also have tree nut allergies so if it was my kid I would avoid all nuts. If you are an adult who has eaten nuts and had no issues- that is up to you.

great to have the show back! Bob was hilarious, really kept the flow going, as Marc and Fausto fumbled a little at times. Also, I had this same issue with this show from the first season, but Marc and Fausto looking away from the audience to read off cue cards every now and then is still disjointing. When you watch other semi-professional KZbin cooks who have their own shows, they are always engaged with the audience by looking directly at them through the camera., just saying~~It was great to see Bob getting more engaged with preparing the meal!
