He was literally set up to be the main character of the sequel trilogy, and we wanted to see him evolve from a deserted Stormtrooper to a Jedi. This would've been so awesome to see. Honestly, I’ve been saying that they could give him an animated Jango series at least. Enough with Dee Bradley Baker voicing all of Tem’s characters. An animated Jango series based on the 10 years in between TPM and AOTC would be incredible. Flashbacks of Jango, Jaster, and the True Mandalorians, Jango raising a young Boba on Kamino, Jango going on Bounty missions with Zam and Aurra, and Jango training and mentoring a young Cad Bane. It could have so much potential. Make it gritty and ruthless like the OG Star Wars Bounty Hunter game. I’ve always really liked Boba, but Jango has been my favorite Star Wars character since 2002.

Imagine that the Book Of Boba Fett, rather than be some weird attempt to make him a Daimo?.. Was him retiring after the events of Mando Season 2. He settles down, tries to live a normal life, no-one knows who he is..And then something happens to those he cares about, and he puts the armour back on and goes out for revenge. Ultimately becoming a bounty hunter again.. Not a benevolent replacement for Jabba, not a learner from the Sand People... A guy who had a morally ambiguous past who can't escape it. What a shame.

Feel like he’d be better used making cameos in other media/games where he comes in, does some badass bounty hunter stuff, then leaves. Keep him as a bounty hunter making his way thru the galaxy, rather than propping him up to be some crime boss etc.

There's great Boba Fett comics and short stories, even novels, they easily could have modelled the show after. You need other characters for him to play off, but he needs to act like Boba Fett. I really loved him and Dengar's buddy stories.

I liked the idea of the reformed Boba the Dymio, Dimeo, Dyemyo(?). Whatever. Then Mando showed up and those kids, with the rat rods that weren't even close to rat rods, so the call back to 1950's hot rodding fell completely flat. I don't know what went wrong with the production of Boba Fett behind the scenes, but it went wrong. One of the worst lines, "and hide all that beautiful mech.?" Hey, you want mechazoids or whatever, make Pacific Rim. Get out of Star Wars with that Godzilla type tripe.

You're being too kind. Fennec Shand, the Mandalorian, Grogu, Luke Skywalker, Ahsoka and Krrsantan all had better scenes than him. Boba Fett pretty much spent the entire series drinking milk and being in the bath tub to soak his old bones. I'm so old and flabby! Can you cyborg kids make a Burger King run while I think of new ways to make myself look weak and stupid? @@troysmith5749 and that boba fett is younger than fennec and ashoka and yet they make him look like a washed up old man, even when he left the sarlacc he still showed strength and intelligence but as the series progressed he no longer showed any of those traits or whatever. knew or was seen in The Mandalorian and what bothered the most was that he despised his lineage as a bounty hunter, being something characteristic of him and what made him famous.

The book of bobba fett was written by people who don’t understand the character. We wanted a ruthless bounty hunter series not bobba being crime boss of spy kids city. Shoehorning mando and Luke parts were another mistake. You can see the pattern right? None of it was because of the actor lol.

Book of Boba Fett should’ve been about his life up to the moment he fell in the sarlacc pit. Then we could’ve gotten flashbacks of Tem as Jango. And we could’ve been able to see Boba as a ruthless and morally flawed bounty hunter, the actual cool part of him. Not some mayor. Lotta people like to blame Disney (understandably) but the truth is Favreau and Filoni fumbled HARD when writing this & Mando 3.

I like your ideas on Boba. In the "Tales from the Bounty Hunter" book from Legends, he always struck me as being lean and mean. Maybe someone like Stephen Lang? He's old, he's jacked, and Disney might get him for a reasonable price.

It was pretty decent but I get why it was not liked very much... First... actor looks fat if he is not actually fat and he is supposed to be Apha Warrior. Second thing is face reveal... that noone wants to see. People were very unhappy when Halo removed helmet from MC and I feel like Boba Fett is mostly a talking helmet as well. Third thing is that he is not doing enough and his sidekick Girl Boss is stealing spotlight what is a typical L take for Disney (Just look at Mandalorian groveling under Bo-Katan).

I'm not overjoyed about this like I was about the Wokelyte. While BoBF certainly wasn't good, it had a few good moments and wasn't beyond saving if a second season had been done right. I honestly feel bad for Morrison, because he obviously enjoyed playing the character and put serious effort into it. Never insulted the fans, never spoke negatively (that I saw) concerning things surrounding his roles. Dude seemed genuine.
