Naming it “what could’ve been” just gives the game away early. Them blowing up the lab means that the enforcers wont go to Zaun to hunt down the kids. This means that Vander's authority was never threatened as much. Heimer being there to for 4 years might mean that the dude is actively fixing Zaun problems now. Basically without the power vaccuum and hextech, Silco will not be able to build his empire. Thus, when he next meets Vander, it would be on friendlier terms. Vander, after losing Vi would be more receptive to Silco as well.

All this episode for the Powder in this timeline must have been so confusing and relatively depressing. You wake up normally, like you always do, in a kinda normal and happy life, grounded and all that, and you go see your friend that you have a crush on him and you know that he also does but you two haven't taken the next step. So you go see him, you see him wander, like he isn't in his right mind, so you go check on him, and...he attacks you and gets defensive. Sure, off to a good start. Then he doesn't remember important things you two have been coordinating for months, he doesn't remember INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT DETAILS OF THE WHOLE WORLD, SOME OF THEM ARE SO IMPORTANT TO YOU THAT ARE REALLY HORRIBLE AND HURTFUL FOR YOU THAT HE DOESN'T REMEMBER THEM AT ALL, and then he asks you to do a weird thing that ultimately takes backwards time, something that is a COMPLETE GAME CHANGER, and also you do another thing to cause an anomaly to return to somewhere? Then you go to the party with him, have an awesome time with him, have a kiss, IT'S HAPPENING, and then when everything went well, he is in the ground where the inventions where, and you see ANOTHER him, dissapearing in front of you, as your friend awakes with no memory of what happened. That conversation afterwards must have been really awkward.

He forgave Milo for his rude comments and kept helping him. She forgave Echo again when he was acting strange and violent, he was throwing things at her and saying horrible things to her, and still helped him. She never judged anyone. She is so forgiving in this dimension, when almost no one was forgiving with her on the other one.
