Thank you Jordan. This was a nice easy yoga practice, but for those of us who can’t get up and down because of arthritic joints, maybe you could consider doing a chair yoga practice. Seniors would really grateful!

Great class thank you, good for the flow of blood in the body and the rest of the organs supporting the body, mind, and spirit to live a peaceful and content life admiring and giving thanks for everything we have positive and negative without it we can’t learned 🙏 💝. I LOVE your videos and humour, and have been following you for many years from Cape Town, South Africa. When recommending exercise disciplines though, please would you include Pilates in your recommendations? Pilates as a discipline is far more focused on body mechanics; correct posture and rehab than Yoga. Many thanks 😊

Thanks but no thanks. I will stick to stretching that is not rooted in a religious practice. The word yoga is a sanskrit word meaning 'union'. It is a practice used by hindus to bring them into a union with hindu gods. How can a christian have union with other gods? It is forbidden as it breaks the First of the Ten Commandments. I rather stick to your physio stretches. Ask any Yogi, and they will tell you that you cannot separate the spiritual from the physical aspects of Yoga. If one professes to be a Christian yet practice yoga, you are worshiping another god. Woe to those who proclaim Christ, but engage in this Hindu worship.
