I really appreciate these easy workout routines. I am so out of condition that more than 10 minutes of walking or going up and down the stairs more than six times a day really causes my legs to ache for days.

My cardiologist wanted to know last week how, with my bad knees & bad weather here in upstate NY & not able to walk my 3/4 mile round trip to park, but I'm in better shape than a year ago, heart test and BP....told him bc I live 3rd floor walkup (retired here on purpose) and because of BOB & BRAD & JORDAN🎉💥👍🔥💕

This is great for me. There are times that I am away from home days at a time and I stay in hotels. Before COVID, I would spend time in the hotels exercise room, but during COVID, the exercise rooms are closed so I would bring my own weights with me and try to do something that resembled cardio. Running stairs was good, but too much noise. I go for walks, but during -25 or -30 winter nights in Canada...uh...no thanks. COVID scares are going down but I am still careful in what I do and where I go. Anyways, thanks for this video and I will be using this.😊

After watching this walk ,only if you can why not add a resistance band or for the more adventurous ankle weights , but only if you want to as this is a good work out in its self

I thought I learned from Bob and Brad to not do that backward triceps thing. It stresses the rotator cuff. I'd prefer to do it, as it's less hassle than to get on a bench and do them. As always, I thumbs up exercise routines, share and save and then not do them.
