In Loving Memory of my cousin Steve Eidson who past away April 6,2020. Steve played with the famous Bobby Caldwell and he was a remarkably gifted and talented musician. He taught himself to play the Hammond B3 organ in High School because he was inspired by the great Mose Alison. He entertained all of us who knew and loved him. Singer and songwriter Bobby Caldwell, the man behind the 1978 platinum hit "What You Won't Do For Love," has died on March 15, 2023 at age 71, his wife Mary confirmed to CBS News on Wednesday. He was a world class songwriter who also happened to possess the kind of mellifluous voice that made him soul music royalty. I am French, white and a great lover of soul, neosoul, rnb. When I was 20, I first experienced the Tupac cover. And some time later I came across this gentleman! I'm impressed, this song is timeless!! What a pleasure to listen to it again and again! Respect to this gentleman
