She is a good cook. Her recipes are excellent; I've tried them. They are moderately difficult or easy, and delicious! Don't care for her too much personally except that she seems to value her daughter and her Italian family. Bobby is sexy, but his recipes don't engage me. I respect his knowledge, however.

Oh for the love of God, those two are royally overrated! It's a shame! The Food Network is full of jokers not chefs. They need to bring real authentic master chefs like chef Bruno Albouze. Otherwise the standards at the Food Network are getting lower & lower every day. It's pathetic!

The whole whole point of her show was to teach cooking, she gave useful tips, great demonstration, and for gods sake! she was in cooking school studying food, so I'm pretty sure she knows how to teach her side of cooking.
