amazing interview, great chemistry between them but as a Belgian I gotta say what Americans call french fries are from Belgium not France and we do not cook them that way. Having said that, Im 100% sure that Bobby Flay's fries will taste amazing even though thats not the traditional way of cooking them. no criticism here, just a fyi

I did not like this interview at all. It just wasn’t fun or uplifting, or clever. Too loud, too much ego, too much clashing of similar personalities. Bobby Flay needs to turn it down a bit - not surprisingly, Giada was brought up. This is just uncomfortable.
