I'd honestly say that about a lot of comedians who do podcasts, they're the funniest at just talking shit with each other, then you watch a special of theirs and just go eh. Tom Segura and Bill Burr are my exceptions.

I defo agree with rogan but even the small clips I’ve seen of bobbys stand up cracks me up so wouldn’t say he’s not a good stand up. Rogan really isn’t tho I haven’t found one clip of his stand up that’s made me laugh but I do love him as a podcast host

The reason why I love 🐯 belly is because out of the whole podcast and maybe even the whole KZbin channels ... They create "moment." Those moments are usually so natural and genuine. And always seem to stick out in our memory. So when we see a thumbnail we're so compelled to click on the video and watch it again. To relived that moment. From having Asa Akira lol, hilarious compilations with the Theo, the hilarious arguments they have within the crew, Delia... And I'm only mentioning the old stuff. That's why they win! Done!

I disagree, Joe is not only brutally honest with others, but also with himself. I think that's part of the reason why he's so successful in almost everything he does. He doesn't lie to himself in thinking he's good at something, instead he works his butt off and just dedicates himself until he is good at whatever it is he's doing. In other words, he's not full of shit, and that's what separates him from most people.

I went to a FOX post production party for a TV show that Robin Williams worked on a few years back, right before he died. It was at a trendy bar in downtown LA and this super drunk middle aged guy was upstairs at the karaoke bar by himself apart from one girl he was sloppily trying to dance with, until she walked away, and I felt bad for him and chatted with him for like fifteen minutes. He randomly began bragging about all the fucked up stuff they used to be able to do. (I had no idea what he was on about.) Throughout the rest of the night, every time he saw me, he'd point and say stuff to the effect of, "My man!" The last time I saw the guy that evening was at the end of the night when he got out of a photo booth with a man (later found out it was his personal assistant) and a young woman, and his pants were down around his ankles. My buddy who worked on the show and invited me to the wrap party looked over at me after I talked to the guy the first time with horror on his face. I asked what was wrong and he said, "That's the president of FOX and he's deciding whether to renew the show or not." A few weeks later it got canceled. Still one of the funniest / most surreal evenings of my life. I got to hang out with Shooter McGavin from Happy Gilmore and ask him about starring in the Midnight Run sequels in the early 90s.

Joe is barely a good comedian. His best days were when he started smoking weed. Ever since that he’s been a better pod caster than a comedian. Which is weird, because Joe always talks about “the craft” of comedy, but doesn’t achieve great heights himself. He’s washed up by my interpretation of his work. I still think he’s a practically perfect podcast host. But he’s not a good comedian (anymore)

I definitely don't think Joe is dumb, but it's fascinating to me how many times I hear people call him very smart. Like smart, okay. But the extra adjectives to say very intelligent, etc. just blows my mind. I think Joe has a great gift being able to talk to a wide demographic of people with an open mind. He knows a little about a lot, which is awesome.. Just don't know where some of these adjectives describing his intelligence come from.
