SO MOTIVATING! I have always loved Bobby Womack's unique style and voice. I've been in the studio where there was NO creative freedom (It Sucks). Definitely looking for an open minded studio while I'm slowly building my own.

for all the ones that can't see how this is the best music of 2012 ..the blend of old and young, electronic and bluesy voice ..etc...these blends of style is like how jazz was created.. this is a very special turning point in our human story..bobby said they spared him to tell the story ..be the bravest man in the universe..and if you need any help with that, ask a woman

Bobby knows the deepest sacrifices of lost love and love found again! Pimp on you authentic soul brother. It makes me feel so special to have lived at a time where the music just couldn't get any better than that era! Damn, Bobby Damn!!!

I hope they release a version with Bobby's rhythm guitar intact like ar 0:32 seconds, if it was actually recorded in completion. That little bit just thickens it up and makes it sound a whole lot less sparse.

As if Stylo and Cloud of Unknowing weren't amazing enough. I can't wait until this album comes out. Definitely gonna be buying this.

Jeez man, surely you can appreciate the marriage of old and new?! All those influences and styles coming together to make a record that can be seen as current and also brings Bobby's name and his body of work, both past and present, to new ears. A good move in my opinion.

It shouldn't matter whether he is smoking Marlboro or ostrich feathers. At his age, he can smoke what ever he likes. Let us look at THE MAN, THE GENIUS, and keep our comments positive because that is what he is, a positive person. Remember, "MANY ARE CALLED, BUT FEW ARE CHOSEN, THANK GOD THAT BOBBY IS ONE OF THE CHOSEN". I am his "smile checker" and if we can't give him a reason to smile, everyone is going to hear from me.

Hello Robert Dwayne Womack, aka "ANGELS KISSES", it is me, Dimples wondering how your new CD is going? For me, I don't have to hear it first,I just buy it because I know it ain't gonna be nothing but off the charts. If others out their don't know how special you in the long haul, then, they need to go "way back" as they say, and think of all of those who didn't have the tenacity, vision, patience, TO BE WHERE YOU ARE TODAY. Bye ANGELS KISSES, I am praying for you.

How in the world can you call those young men who stepped up and helped Bobby get his confidence back "losers"? He was out for 12 years...who else stepped up? Real music is any music coming out of Bobby's mouth. He has never "labelled his music" and has always stated that he "LOVES ALL MUSIC". Because of these young guys, we can hear him again so you should be thanking them. The "loser" is you. I just hope that he doesn't read your negative comment
