I was having very similar issues and my alternator was going bad. I replaced it and everything works perfect. It was causing the BICs to shut down.

Hello Love you Your video tutorials I have S100 Bobcat loader ,was working fantastic until last week when decided that the auxiliary pipe won’t respond when trying to use grab bucket , the bucket opens but won’t close and to close I have to release the pressure by loosen one the ram pipe and that way it will close by pushing down by hand then Tightening the pipe back it will open but it won’t close any idea what could cause this ?

Bobcat t190 one flash on the BICS display for lift tilt, cannot lift or tilt bucket, machine stuck Without putting 12 volt to that circuit, the error is "hydraulic lock valve open circuit" I put 12 volts to the BICS circuit and it started to flash twice for, "valve output circuit shorted to battery voltage" How is that that in this video, he puts 12 volt to that circuit, and it works? Bobcat says that BICS circuit is less than 12 volt, I am getting 4 volts on the BICS circuit when I push the button to put the password (before starting) Someone please help

Aux solenoids run off pulse width modulator 9v from BICS . Don't leave 12v on Aux to long will burn them out. Momentarily open close bucket should be fine. Main Bucket boom run off 12v.

@@michaelbartels1940 we did this on a 1999 763f still no auxillary hydraulics. Have boom bucket and drive Stems may be stuck ? All coils read 10 ohms . Grounds power to green by passing switch in handle. Pilot pressure actuates aux on this non ACS unit.
