I was there the afternoon Bobcat lit the set on fire. Me and a buddy were visiting from Arizona, got there late, and were seated next to the sound booth in the middle of the audience. Bobcat really dodged a bullet- after he lit a chair on fire, he came off the stage, and slipped on the slick floor of the studio. He could've really hurt himself. But the thing I remember most- I told my buddy to stop as we were filing out, to watch what would happen- Jay was, yes, going ballistic, and started chewing out Bobcat. What you have to realize is Jay is a big, strong man, and Bobcat was this little guy. He started screaming at Bobcat and I thought Bobcat was going to cry. Bobcat waved over someone to help him, but Jay kept bringing it. I was hoping to see Jay pinch his head off but no luck. But Bobcat was shaking like a little schoolgirl though.
