cr2032 is the battery size that goes inside the tuner.

Hi Bob! Which of the two do you prefer for bass? I understand some of the Snarks struggle with the low strings, like E and B (on a 5-string.

I changed the battery and now there is a flashing heart and says BPM100. I've used it to tune violin with no problem until I changed the battery. Now I don't know how to set it to tune. The heart just keeps flashing when I turn it on? Does it say on the tuner? The pkg has been long gone.

Look on the back there is a button and a back and forward button. Thats how you change it back Carolyn. Let me know if that helps.

Hi Carolyn. They normally work right out of the box no battery needs installed. If you are replacing the battery then it takes a watch battery and there is a small compartment on the side to change it. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help.

Hey Thomas, yes the third one is an app. It’s TE Tuner. You can download it for your cell phone. It does cost a fee though but I use that one everyday. No matter which way you go these three will work well for you.

Can I use it to tune drums??

I would say not really because with drums you are tuning to a pitch. This will tune instruments to concert pitch. If you want to tune a drum to pitch then I think something g like the app te tuner might work better.

Yes I have used it on all concert band instruments and string instruments. I’ve even used it in a timpani. You just need to adjust it so you can see the face while playing so you know if you are in tune or not. I hope the answered helped. Thanks for watching and thr great question.

No its not full color display but it still looks good. This isn't the most accurate on the market but it's good for the price.

Dude its a guitar tuner with only one button. Off and on. And one function. Tuning. This dude told us everything there is to know about this specific tuner and you were just totally inconsiderate and unappreciative
