I wanted to do this song for a while and post a straight Stick solo that I have not done in a while. I kept the arrangement fairly straight forward with a few places for ornamentation and improv. Enjoy, Bob

I saw Bob at a craft show in Orchard Park, N.Y. playing under a tent selling some of his cd's about 15 years ago. I was blown away. He hasn't returned since then. I just am in awe. Love his playing.

I met him out in California at a show and we talked for about a half hour. He is such a nice man and really works hard at his craft. So talented and creative as well.

Not only independent working hands, but also two independent working brainsides. Unbelievable skills.

Such a deep and rich sound from one instrument! There are times in this when you would swear there are half a dozen instruments playing.

So this was posted on my BD last year - wish I had known then - nice gift. I have only seen a Chapman Stick played twice live. As a guitarist for 54 years, and also playing 12-string for about 52 years, I am full of respect for anyone who has this knowledge of any fret-board, and in this case you are literally playing lead with both hands, either of which playing could stand on its own. It is truly amazing. D.

This explains that music is life since our hearts have beats. The ones who disliked this video don't understand how beautiful he played the chapman stick. Love the music! Totally an expert.

If Bohemian Rhapsody was written on the Stick in 1975, then I can guarantee that it would not be heading for its 50th anniversary in 2025. As with so much cherished music, it needed a band.

Someone with a lot more talent that has a much better rendition of this song they play on the Chapman stick. Translation: Four idiots disliked this. They probably prefer something with computerized drums and auto-tune on the vocals.

Beautiful arrangement. I'd love to see your take on Queen's Love Of My Life. (For example, kzbin.info/www/bejne/qYatnHaOepmmd6M) I think it would really suit this instrument and your playstyle.
