I really love how at the beginning, the ketchup stain on Bobo’s face would later correlate with how they (Spoiler warninG!) killed the guard, and get ACTUAL blood on there face, even better yet, the rock they used to kill them was around the same color as the rock. And this also seeps into how experiences shape the way we think, how bobo saw the other monkey die and attempted to to the same, just less deadly. And how the fry might have given BoBo the idea of using the rock to kill the guard. There, you happy now? You got your psychological explanation.
