Why is he selling a Mexican snack on a Japanese street corner on Christmas?!" I obviously couldn't explain why because even in context it makes no sense. I have had most of the lyrics of the theme song taking up residence in my head rent-free for almost 20 years now. And I only just realized the completely casual mention of _nuclear weapons_ they threw in. During both bridges, which talk about how the singer wants to punch someone's face it, they specifically describe it as "Megatron class punch" (used to describe explosive TNT equivalence), "crash bomb" (typical Japanese euphemism for nuclear weapons in fiction) and "like a Fat Man" (literally the name of the bomb dropped on Hiroshima. This show really did not give a heck about anything.
