I just sat and made one while watching this, looking for simple ideas to teach my youth group of young ladies 14-18 yrs old. I think this is perfect and something they will use. I just made the rose from your tutorial and it was easy and turned out lovely for a project that I am doing. Thank you a bunch I just started crocheting now 7weeks ago, this was easy to follow and loved the fact that didn't have to count chains. I made it with red crochet thread at that. Fabulous tutorial! I have never managed to successfully Crochet before 3 days ago. I am left handed.. I used red Christmas yarn with silver threads going through it - turned out really pretty for a pin or a hair flower for my Grandaughter's hair. Wonderful instructions for this. Thank you! I can imagine a beautiful Xmas tree decorated with these also. :O)
