I’ve been having a need to yawn a lot recently and found it annoying. When I let myself yawn and do the lion yawn at that, I found a ton of tension in my tongue, jaw and diaphragm all loosen! It felt AMAZING!

Similar but different. Can’t really relax the arms in jump rope to shake the tension out. But still good to do
