Great info as always Tim. I jumped right up to do some rebounding! As mentioned before the audio was pretty soft on this one.

I’ve been having a need to yawn a lot recently and found it annoying. When I let myself yawn and do the lion yawn at that, I found a ton of tension in my tongue, jaw and diaphragm all loosen! It felt AMAZING!

I have mint plants in my garden and when I brew the coffee I put mint leaves in with it. It is very pleasant!

There's open source audio editing software you can use to quickly balance the audio... I can help or show ya if you want. I bet the KZbin algorithm would love it

Similar but different. Can’t really relax the arms in jump rope to shake the tension out. But still good to do
