Thank you! Your organization placed me on their prayer list after I was in an accident resulting in a long ICU visit. You have helped me in my recovery and rehab. What I appreciate most is your humility in providing progressions to many of your movements to allow many of us to heal. I know how strong you are but yet you always give us permission to use a lower progression in our journey to recovery. Many trainers leave a lot of us older trainees with ailments out. Thank you Tim from becoming!

Tim, I used your book/words and videos of OS movement as my first physicality when I was home from the hospital after 7 1/2 weeks, post septic shock, mitral valve replacement, and back surgery. I came home from a rehab facility, barely able to walk and the first thing I did was get down on the ground and watch your videos. This week is the 7th anniversary of all that drama and I’m happy to say I am back to moving in all the way, but I still practice my resets and refer friends and clients to you weekly. Thank you for all that you do. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

5:11 wow, hey tim. As you know i too had that groin ish injury. And i couldn't sprint for months aswell & just like you i love to sprint. There's no other movement that makes me feel like im flying & and after the session, i feel amazing, anywho. Reflecting back at the time of the injury going off what you said about emotional distress, at that time, i was in the most mentally stressed ive been in a long time. So thankyou for your humiltiy because of it ive learnt a great lesson in life. Still aint back to sprinting 100% but doing alot better. Thanks man

A physical therapist friend of mine said to me once, “active people get injured, inactive people get diseases.” Tell that to your wife next time you get injured ha ha.

I’m so happy you have healed and are enjoying your life! That’s wonderful. The body heals! And thank you for the advice with my wife. I’m pretty sure she’s immune to my logic though! 😅 Thank you so much for sharing your story. So inspiring!

I recently discovered Original Strength and I just want to thank you for all of these great videos. I ordered your book Pressing Reset: Original Strength Reloaded this morning from Amazon. My body needs this type of work after many years of heavy strength training and Powerlifting, which I still do, but slightly lighter these days.

I hope you find the book useful. I’d love to hear about your journey and the discoveries you end up making.

@@OriginalStrengthSystem Your book arrived today (Amazon Prime service is amazing) and I really like it. Now I need to figure out how to combine it with my Rucking, Barbell work, and Kettlebell work. I'm 63 and try to do something at least 6 days a week. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks again for all of the Great Content!

Oh man. I’m so sorry to hear that. I know this is a heavy time to navigate. But keep your head and heart up, you can heal and this too shall pass. Hold on to that hope
