I had the exact same experiences with Boderry. Ordered in June (pre order) and it arrived end August even though Phoebe told me it would take 10 days to arrive.

Yeah, it's irritating to discover that some customers are prioritised over others. Because some reviewers of this watch indicated they ordered their watch after I ordered mine - so they must not be following a first come, first serve practice. More galling was that some of the reviewers shared that it was their first Boderry. After they cancelled my first tracking number, they sent the watch from Spotify.com with the extra strap and new delivery address. Sadly, unless the customs policies change, I shan't be adding any more Boderry watches to my collection.

I looked at the same pictures you did before buying, and the color of the watch was exactly what I expected it to be. Grey. Is it possible your screen brightness was too low when you looked at the photos? My order also was frustrating with the shipping. Boderry needs to make some changes there.

Every picture and rendering from the site implies that it is - at least - a translucent black, with some colour of the titanium visible through the treatment resulting in a darker than gunmetal, or smoky colour way. However, the actual colour is so light, that the images misrepresent the truth. Also, my screen is always at maximum brightness. I think it is possible that Boderry intended to produce a darker product and the the images are indicative of that intent, but that the prototype used for the images is not what the production models turned out to be. The thing is, most of the images are actually renderings, so there shouldn't have been an issue faithfully representing the case and bracelets' true colour.
