Go to bed at 9pm. Do not take dinner after 6pm. Worst case 7pm. Avoid your evening snacks and tea. Take your dinner at 6pm as like Lunch. Full of vegetables. If you are hungry at 9pm, take Banana, dates, coconut and avoid milk and citrus fruits at night. In the morning, 7am take plenty of fruits as first meal. Then if you want you may take some tiffin items. Like millets, idly dosa. Lunch as usual, vegetables and rice. Follow this routine, you will not fall asleep in mid-day or afternoon.

you need to do advansed poses in 200 hr training.. u only teach basic asanas and thats not good at all
