Velcro will get screwed on the outside if it’s just glued on, I’ll try inside plate carrier.

I use a product by UARM called the EVV, exchangeable vest ventilation. Its spacer mesh that goes between plate backer and the body. I thought this system you show had a way to squeeze the air filler and blow air under the body armor from the outside. Getting some air movement where none is at all is key.

Thats interesting I'll have to see if I can get my hands on a pair to test out

Are you still using the UARM EVV and if so, how do you like it? Is it typical foam&spacer mesh that is comfortable but then just gets compressed over time and traps heat or is it some kind of 3-D air mesh like Warrior Assault Systems uses?

@@ordinary_american Nothing is perfect, it is high density spacer mesh with about 3-5 PSI of resistance being flattened, still gives air flow when flat against the body or under plate flaps. I use 4 things now. UARM EVV, the 221b MAXX DRI vest 4.0 and UF pro shirts spacer mesh together. I also use Shellback Banshee ultimate shoulder pads over all this. These reduce heat, weight and pressure. You are going to sweat no matter what in summer. Only difference is its not sticky plate carrier over sticky shirt. Just sticky sweaty shirt.
