I've seen a video of a woman who went inside of a bank to use the restroom fell asleep and wasn't arrested nothing was stolen so I don't get it also when I worked at a restaurant we had a guy come in a lock himself in the bathroom when we went to close we realized it and we all ganged up in front of the door and got him out of the restaurant without using anything but words but we made sure we stood back enough these cops had nothing better to do with everything going on in Jax

First of all, not JAX. It is New Smyrna Beach, in Volusia County. Secondly, the time stamp on the officer's body cam shows just after 3 AM, so this guy had been roaming around inside for hours after employees locked up and went home. When searched, it was obvious that he had been stealing and eating food items he found on the shelves, so YES, they arrested him. He most likely planned to hide in the bathroom or stock area until after closing in order to steal... that is called Burglary. That is exactly what law enforcement is supposed to be doing, catching thieves like this guy so they are not wasting their time like you seem to be implying. I'm quite sure if this guy had been found hiding in YOUR home, stealing from YOU, it would be a totally different matter and there would be no comments from you about cops having nothing better to do but to come to YOUR place. You seem to have a very warped sense of right and wrong, so please think about that the next time you are about to comment.

@@dlgrayskibum it's all assumptions what you wrote no where in the video did they say he stole or ate anything 3 am so what like I said a lady was locked in a bank overnight and she wasn't arrested and ok he may have taken food but that's your assumption because no where in the video is that discovered.....a store and a home are different so don't compare he didn't break into the store

@@gpsy86 Wow, you must be completely blind not to see the half eaten food items the officers removed from the suspect's pockets when they removed him from the closed store! If you believe he brought his own food into the Walgreens hours earlier, and STILL had half eaten candy and other food they sell there in his pockets but he didn't steal anything, then I'd like to sell you my bridge over the River Kwai, because you are so gullible that it is hilarious. LOL!

@@gpsy86this would’ve been a great reply, if it wasn’t entirely incorrect. My sister is the manager of that store, the dude hid while she was closing, after the doors were locked he went on a junk food binge inside the store. No assumptions from the literal source
