In college rn and this is so true. Staying in good shape makes everything a lot easier with women it’s not everything because you still need a mouthpiece but it helps tremendously.

And when your body's on point you just need an average mouthpiece, you don't even need to go too crazy

Bodygame is real i still hope that guys realize that just like height it gives you an advantage a lot of times but there are many times where it doesn't matter i remember one thing you stated in "A player's eyes" and that was that a woman already knows if you're gonna get something out of her or not i'm 26 now and for a full decade that's exactly what i've been seeing. - My point with this is that you can have a great body and other things but you can still not be her type and believe me women who don't feel you will not try to hide it that energy will come off from them same thing will happen when they DO feel you. - That's why reading body language and feeling the energy is my way to go with everything.

Body game also helps if you are short. Women that would have ignored you will start paying attention to you and even women a little taller than you will be checking you out.

I feel like the reason why rom wills focuses so much on body game(correct me if I’m wrong Unc) is because your physique is the thing you can change the quickest out of everything it takes to get girls. It takes years to get your career/money right, same thing for personality but you can go from out of shaped to completely ripped in 2-3 months.I’ve personally seen results from improving my physique(and it’s not even at its peak).Put in the work my niggas.

The show is good and is accurate of college life, j remember fellas that in the college game MOST black men are gunna have good bodies so it helps but not the end all be all and you still need to stand out somehow. Like rom said it’s the foundation.

Thinking back to my college days ... you're right! Most of the brothas I knew were at least in reasonably good shape. Two specific sections of the on-campus rec center were very popular among the black male collegiate population: The weight room and the indoor basketball court. In fact, I would play pick-up basketball with some of the football and basketball players at that rec center (I previously mentioned those 1-on-1 pick-up games with the star basketball player.) I'm 40 years, so the college years (for me) were the early-mid 2000's. At that time, I heard several brothas express the belief that women were more attracted to the "basketball player" physiques. In fact, a couple of guys had suggested lifting lighter weight with more reps, and focusing on definition moreso than muscle mass. Of course, Rom Wills has said that different women are attracted to different body types ... whether it's the "basketball player" bodies or the "football player" bodies or the "track/sprinter" bodies.

@@ridleys2034 yes excellent breakdown, to be honest that information is helpful and kind of scary to me (still in college) cuz it shows me that game has barley changed. It's the same thing for us, basketball and weight room. Alot of guys like me who are more short and lean are getting alot of play now thanks to the new r&b singers but yeah barley anything has changed.

Hey Rom: I think it was either "S*xual Chemistry" or "A Player's Eyes" where you explained that women are generally more s*xually appealing to men than vice versa since women, from an early age, have understood exactly what men are attracted to, and have cultivated those qualities. While women were given accurate information about what men found attractive, men were given INACCURATE information about what women are attracted to. I think that's the "nitty gritty." It seems like the key is to somehow make sure that young men are given accurate information (or "real game") so that those traits would already be cultivated by the time they reach adulthood ... which would be A LOT better for both genders. Men and women would be EQUALLY attractive. Also, I'm not able to think of a famous man that women seem drool over ... that's out-of-shape and overweight. They could be actors, models, singers, rappers, athletes, whatever. All the men that are very popular with women have nice physiques. That's a pretty obvious commonality among those men. Yes, there's definitely something to "body game." Let's see: Boris Kodjoe, Tyson Beckford, Shemar Moore, Taye Diggs, Morris Chestnut, Michael B Jordan, the late Tupac Shakur, LL Cool J, Chris Brown, Edris Elba, Drake, so forth. Are any of those men out-of-shape or overweight? No. Also, Alan Roger Currie said that he knew women who were s*xually attracted to Dennis Rodman and Bobby Brown ... even though they didn't think those guys were particularly "handsome." If you noticed, both of them had nice physiques. They weren't overweight or out-of-shape (at least, not when they were in their prime.)

Women with boyfriend's be checking me out I'll turn and they are already staring. Which can't lie sometimes is annoying. Out if respect I don't want to stare back. But at the same time I like what I see. Usually their dude has a non fit body or sometimes even somewhat fit. But usually not to fit.
