I just want to say, you probably need to be prepared for your relationship with fitness and food to change after having a baby. Things you did easily before pregnancy might become very hard to do after labor & delivery & newborn, and that can really take a toll on your mental health. It wont always be hard, but when your not sleeping through the night, the days feel like they last forever. Speaking from experience!

The lume deotorant in the “clean tangerine” scent is amazing. It prevents the odor. Only thing that works for me and washing with ACV on pits in shower. Thank you for the advice on the constipation. I’m 9 weeks and absolutely miserable with constipation. I couldn’t stomach the smooth move today but I’ll try again. I have tried the magnesium citrate when I’m backed up but it hasn’t helped. I’ll try taking daily like you do. What were the other two things you take?

Julia you NEED to try the colorescience Sunforgettable Total Protection Face Shield Flex SPF 50. I just know you would be obsessed with it!! I have completely replaced all foundations with this and it looks like skin but with alittle coverage, i even got hooked on their color correcting spf eye cream and their spf cream blush stick. I've loved all of your foundation recommendations like the sephora one and so on and this one i'm telling you is soooo good!! Especially with a newborn!

People are so invasive when it comes to other peoples lives I mean you guys know firsthand, but as far as letting your audience know the gender as soon as you knew, was wrong for people to assume that you wouldn’t even do that because just like you guys said I mean, I have three daughters myself so I got three kids and you know and they’re older now I had them when I was 25 and 36 now but anyways people are just so rude and impatient anymore. I just know it’s just sad to see that you guys in so many other influencers have to address shit like this. It bothers me so bad and I know my one single comment isn’t gonna change anything but so be it I guess it’s just is wrong and with so many other things like when people break up, or have divorces, or like I said, if somethings may be going on or if they haven’t uploaded in a while, it’s truly no one’s business until the person/people are ready to say it and I just mess like the 2005 when people were so much more kind and so much more patience and I really really truly hope for my children sake and all the future children that us in our “millennial “lives that we can raise our children to bring that genuine time back Sorry for the rant, but I said congratulations a few times I’ll say it again congratulations and she’s going to be a mommy of a sign of citing, and I can only hope that one day my daughters can aspire to be as beautiful of a person as Julia is, and I can only hope that one day my daughters will find a man that is as confident and secure and loving and kind as Hunter is to Julia and I just feel like you guys have made such a beautiful life with each other.
