It would be nice to demo with actual body pillow. I sleep on my side and like to see demo with body pillow

LOL never sleep on your side and stick a pillow between your knees. It will destroy your knee joint by putting pressure on it laterally (which it isn't designed to take), and it will also ruin your shoulder joint. Sleeping on your back is the healthiest and the most natural position.

The best position is in fact on the back. Most don’t so a good idea to learn how to make it least damaging.

medcline is not available in Europe. What alternative product do you recommend for obese side sleepers with GERD / Sleep apnea who suffer from shoulder and neck pain?

The principles discussed in the video apply to all pillows and I don’t recommend any specific brand but at her what to look for. Hope this helps

Nothing wrong with that😉just make sure you sleep on the shoulder and not the shoulder blade. At position to sleep is the back of course.

@@irvinespine thx! I bought a body pillow to help reduce muscle tightness and help not get painful knots in my neck. I tossed and turned for a couple hours trying to find the right position to lay.
